Our Three Way Calling Service with an interpreter is a great way to to assure that you do not have any misunderstandings between the two of you. It often times cost you no more then making the call yourself as we to offer very reasonable rates.

The rate for interpretation including international and domestic long distance charges is $3.00 per minute, There is a minimum charge of $15.00. You will never be charged unless the connection is made to the party you are calling.

Once the account has been set up you will receive confirmation that your payment has been approved, you are ready to make your reservation to place a call. Simply go to the reservation form, complete it and submit the form to us. Please take into consideration the time difference between the two countries, you do not want to call in the middle of the night. For Russia-Ukraine it is usually a 7 to 12 hour time difference from EST.

Once you have filled out the reservation form, simply wait for us to verify the time of your call. We will call you at the scheduled time, once we have you on the line, we will then call the person you wish to speak with, using three way conference calling. If you reside in the USA, your phone bill WILL NOT be charged at all. The only charge you will incur is the $2.00 per minute charge for the interpreter and the call. (The minimum duration of the call is 5 minutes. Due to the time and expense necessary to arrange the call, the minimum charge will be applied for appointments that are not kept by the client). That amount will be automatically deducted from the funds originally deposited into your account or the credit card that you provided.
